Q. What time during the day does BDI Staffing take Applications?

A. We take applications Monday-Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. In most cases the applicant will be interviewed at the time of application.  However, if you are unable to make an application during the posted hours, give us a call and we can schedule a better time for you.

Q. What type of information is needed to complete a job application?

A. Each person and circumstances are different. Information that  is constant and needed on every application is Name, Address, Phone Number, SSN, to name a few.  You should also have as much work history as possible with Name of company, position held, dates of employment with that company and reason you left.  It can be helpful to have a Resume of work history, or have your information written down to expedite the application process.

Q. If BID Staffing can put me to work, how often will I get paid and how much per hour will I be paid?

A. BDI Staffing pays our employees once each week. Paydays are always on Mondays. As for wage, our clients companies determine the wage. Often times the wage is Depending on Experience DOE.

Q. Will I have to take a Drug Test?

A. Yes, BDI Staffing requires employees to provide a Negative Pre-Employment Drug Screen.  The drug screen is at your cost, and must be provided prior to any offer of work. We have worked with local collection facilities to keep prices down and currently a Pre-Employment Drug Screen costs approx $20. However, as you are paying for the test on your own, you may provide a negative test from any accredited lab. We also take results from any 5 panel test if the test was preformed no more than 30 days from date of conditional hire.

Q. Do I need a valid drivers license to work for BDI Staffing?

A. No, however, not having a license may limit the job opportunities that are offered to you. In this day and age, a valid drivers license is like a golden key. A valid drivers license opens unlimited opportunities for you the worker.
